Rig type sails have the multiple pieces attached to each other to form curved sail? Or it is made by an ordinary one piece flat fabric?
May I know if you have some internet source example plans?

Until about early 20th century, all sails were cut flat and then stretched into shape. With modern fabric, that is no longer possible. The panels are cut with some curve to the edges , so when sewn they have an wing-like shape. Think of the staves of a barrel.
