| PhotoModeler also has an optional version, PhotoModeler Scanner, which works in a more automated manner to create a surface mesh from a number of photos - IF the surface has a sufficiently random "texture". Stone appears to work well, particularly if weathered; smooth surfaces with a uniform color don't work at all. Also the requirements on the photos are more stringent than with PhotoModeler and Rhinophoto. |
