RePower Luhrs 31'

Its time to re power my boat. It has a pair of 1993 5.7 SB 260HP, one RH rotation, one LH rotation. Id like to put in more HP, but all the newer Vortec motors with roller cams, aren't available in RH rotation. I've seen 383 stroker marine long blocks available in RH or would these be too radical a swap? I have Borg Warner trannies, if I could find a reverse rotation transmission, I could have my pick of motors, but a RR transmission is no longer available in a
71C-17 Velvet Drive. Which way to go?

71C transmission can turn either way. You can set the pump for whichever rotation

the question is how to get right hand engine CW to repower otherwise the boat will end up with both props rotating the same way

Then you can get either a Twin Disc or a Liberty transmission.
