Mercruiser 260 Well Craft

I just got a 26' Well Craft and it needs an engine, I was told it had a small block chevy and wanting to put in another 350. Just trying to get some input as to any suggestions that would be helpful in the installation. Cams, carbs, exhaust, any other things.
Thanks, Walt

If you are buying a replacement engine, just specify a marine version of the 35. You got to make sure to let the engine builder know what year the engine is so the front pulley and flywheel fit.
