honda warranty problem We have twin 225s with 112 hrs. Problem with one diagnosed by a licensed adjuster as a casting flaw in the connecting rod. Honda reps won't even go to their service dealer location and look at it, they deny warranty coverage. Sounds like we are in for some fun with them. Has anyone had any similar problems?

Shock tactics, by totally dismissing it as a ludicrous claim you might well just go ahead and buy another ,--some would. If your within time and hours you have a contract.

That is what we are thinking. They are exercising their exempt status thru their exhaust phrase on their warranty. They are claiming water injestion thru the exhaust while the authorized honda service tech told them immediately upon seeing it that it was impossible. There was no water in exhaust system while he was doing his job. We are standing our ground!
