Starting a New Thread

I didn't know any other way but i just joined and received all the emails. I need to know how i go about to put a new queston on the forums for the fiberforms.. i don't see any buttons that allow this. thanks for your help.

When viewing an individual forum (list of topics or threads as they are called in the forum software) you will see a blue button labeled "New Thread" at the top and bottom of the thread (topic) list. Just click to post a question or discussion on a new topic.

Sorry I'm maybe blind but despite 30 mins of looking everywhere I'm beggered if I can see the 'New Thread' icon.... ?uh

The New Thread button only appears on the forum list pages, for example http://www.boatdesign.net/forums/open-discussion/ (it is placed where the blue post reply button appears on the page you're viewing now). If you still don't see it, do you have images disabled in your browser?
