copy and paste autocitation

    I just copied some stuff onto the boat jokes thread and found the material autocited in my post. That's cute, how does it work? Is the info pulled up at our end or pushed up from the other end?

    I believe this is either a configuration in your browser or a feature of the other site where a script adds the url backlink to the end of any text copied to the clipboard. "Tynt Insight" is one script that does this.

    (Edit: yes, the other site is running the tynt javascript)
