| (wta) reusable vacuum bugging. updated Greetings Commander!! I will have a project in building 20 sets of fishing boats with LOA 15meter. I'm seeking a help from you people DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT REUSABLE VACUUM BAGGiNG, MESH AND PEEL PLY TO DO RESIN INSFUSION or maybe a complete solution of three above in a single fabric.. imean a single product which can be used as mesh, peel ply and bagging. i found out, 1. www.sworl.net 2. www.wacker.com and few more. They uses liquid silicone, then spray it on the Mold, dried, and then ready to use as fit-mold bagging. anyone had heard this??? and does anyone could give me versatile info a resin infusion pump brand??? my project located near Singapore and i prefer buy 2 infusion pump. and it'd be better if i can get it in Singapore with good price.. update after last night finding information about material that probably act like this propose, i listed liquid silicone...wondering i could do DIY to make silicon bagging that was reusable just like SWORL and WACKER made, i was going to local chemical shop, and consult my problem to the chemist, he said he probably possible to make it, some silicon mould bag that fits perfecly and -hopefully- reusable, cleanable. then he gave me some samples, mixed silicone liq with additional contents (forget to ask the contents )then i go to my company lab. i tried to spray it on a flat mold, and a bag just created, it looks rigid, not too transparent (grey),smell nothing, variable thickness due to my lack spraying skill but its about 0.7 mm thickness im so surprised. im waiting tommorrow monday to see how it works, i'll asked some guy to do small infussion on it... i will post here for results. im so sorry for inconvenience, im new member of this great forum and i hope some one could give me a feed backs.thanks Commander.

| Hire someone who has a clue, because you clearly are starting from scratch and stop shouting. Considering your knowledge base, you'll need a project manager that has the production experience that you lack. |

| Forget reusable materials for a 15 meter boat. Silicone products are too expensive for their lifespan, even in our high labour cost countries, so definately in your low cost labour countries. As for pumps: I am surprised to see you have problems. Sourcing a pump should not be too difficult. Buy any oil lubricated rotary vane pump and you should be OK. Draw the major part of the air our with a vacuum cleaner, then close the bag completely, and let the pump do the job. Contact me off-site for some more specific info.
