west coast style pilot house

hello there,

can somebody tell me what is the max number of degress of forward rake, that a person would put into the face of the house where the windows will go

any articles or litature that would detail the one off construction of a pilot house using a wooden jig/frame and pvc foam panels and std. non vacuum bag lamintation.
