| Pat, You got a price of $3500.00 for an Armstrong Bracket? Keep an eye out on Ebay. I have seen Staniless Marine (company) brackets for around $500-$900 range. I bought a Stainless Marine bracket at the Dania (Florida) Marine Flea Market for $300. It didnt have the platform and since I found out my transom is shot Im going to redo it. I might put a Stainless Marine single O/B with the swim platform but I went to Dusky the other day and they quoated me a price of $1700 for their Dusky Drive which looks Exactly like the Hermco/Potter bracket. Its fiberglass and a floatation type. You can see it on Dusky's website. (pst dont tell Trayder we were here, lol) |
