| transom I have a 1988 winner bass boat and the head of the lower bolts that go threw the transom and threw the jackplate are trying to pull threw the fiberglass, any ideas. |

| See out board thread ? What kind of answer is that ? the guy obviously has/ or had a rotten transom since this was almost a year ago. Bolts pulling through fiberglass mean the wood core is rotten, and is in need of new transom |

| Rather then assume I'm just a wise ass, wouldn't it be possible I'd already addressed the poster's question, in . . . wait for it . . .the outboard thread, started by the same poster? |
