Is it biax with mat? you mentioned bilateral? In your post no. 15 you said roven woven.
No problem wit VE resin. Works great as a water barrier.

Don't forget an ultra sonic leak detector. Without one it is very difficult to locate leaks.
Especially if your shop is loud
