strong enough?

I'M PLANNING A ONE OFF BUILD OF A MILD PERFORMANCE 28 FT. OFFSHORE CAT.AND WAS WONDERING IF PLEXIS OR WELDON WOULD BE STRONG ENOUGH TO ATTACH THE SPONSONS TO THE TUNNEL SECTION.AN INSIDE LAMINATE WILL FOLLOW ALONG (glue seam).performance wise 100 mph. would be the max.
