It has been awhile since I posted picts of my project (learning experience). Not a great bit of advancement on the boat itself. But I have a functional overhead crane system. The jr-beams came out of a mobilehome trailer chasis. I ran the design thru a free FEA program. (Also did a boat trailer plan that I will start on this fall.)

To date there is one outside half of one hull stripped and glassed, one inside half of one hull strip planked and glassed on the inside. The forms are flipped but not set in to place.
