Has Anybody used the New SilverTip Epoxy from System Three?
interested in its wet-out of 1708 Knytex and bagging characteristics.

We have been selling it for a while now, and have had some good responses from our customers. One of our builders used it in vacuum bagging a foam hull. If you want to try it, I will give you a large discount in exchange for feedback and pictures. From the technical data, it sure seems to be a superior laminating resin. I really would like feedback from as many builders as possible to see if its something we want to stock in large quantities.

Joel,

Yes, I would be interested, I have to make some test panels for an Offshore Boat, And Finalize a Laminate for a CF Kayak, With the Kayak test pieces I bagged with West seemed to thick for the Material I was using, and did not wet it out as Planned. I am trying to figure out the Silvertip "Program" the System Three site is updating its section, Can you E-mail me any more info on the following:
The SilverTip Marine Epoxy Series consists of:
QuikFair Fairing Putty
GelMagic Non Sagging Adhesive
MetlWeld Multi-Substrate Adhesive
EZ Fillet
SilverTip Laminating Resin

And, Is the Silvertip Laminating resin still compatable with the SysThree Fillers? Any input and info would be great before I Swim in it.

Thankyou,
Mike McVeigh
