Sealing bare glass

Any suggestions for sealing bare glass in the bilges of a new build power boat.
The hull, stringers and engine beds are all layed up using glass with V.E resin. Obviously i am looking to seal the laminate and be left with low maintainence easily cleanable finish that won't discolor.
Any help appreciated.
