Restoration Advice

    i am replacing the floor in a 21' bayliner inboard im changing out the motor as well. My question is pull the old motor out, replace floor, then put new motor in. or what is the best order to start! also she has the dog 305 in now a 350 should mount back right?

    It's always easier to work with the motor off the boat.

    Thank You Gonzo, And About The 350 Is It A Big Project To Swap To A Automotive 350 Im Looking To Get A Little More Bottom End And Top As Well But Not As Concerned W/ That. Is There Certain Things To Consider When Changing Over, If It Will Work!

    Unless you get a motor for free, it may be cheaper to get a good used marine motor. You are in Florida, call my friend Rob ar 407-767-2026. He should have something that will work
