Repair & Maintenance book for a Sailing School

Hi there,
I'm working in a sailing school where we've got around 40 boats; from Optimist up to 44" cruiser (all sailing boats). Plus something like 20 or 30 windsurfing boards.

Every winter we've got to do all the repairs, as soon as the season is over.

Now, my question:
I'd like to buy a book(s) that gave some guidelines about general repair & maintenance of boats.
I myself have worked as a boatbuilder, and at a design office, but still it's only limited experience. Some of the guys have more boatbuilding experience, but I'd prefer to have some proper guidelines as to how to repair boats.

Could anyone suggest any book?

Thanks for your help!
