I have been looking for a reasonable priced plastic or Fiber round portholes, 8 inches, 20cm. hole size, I have a brass porthole, and was thinking of making it a mold for a fiberglass port-hole, any ideas how to do so, and how worthy is the idea, and what kinda material should I use, should I reinforce it with steel or wood?
