Mold JPEG.. is this any good?

Would someone care to comment on this image? The pattern has an issue. A mold I looked at recently has a few spots like this. Not sure how bad it is to fix? If its usable or not or ??

Oh, damage can be repaired... just a matter of $$ and patience. That texture will be hard to match. But yes, the damage can be fixed, if you want to put in the effort.
