Moisture content concerns

Hi,

I have obtained a survey of a ferro boat I'm interested in purchasing, though interested to know a moisture content figure which is acceptable overall?
Can you inform me what's considered a high reading and what to watch out for in moisture content readings.

I look forward to your reply.

Kind Regards

Never seal concrete both sides !! Do all your painting on the outside and leave the inside completely uncovered to the air and have plenty of air movement every where . any wall panels need to be batterned away from the concete with a unrestricted air space between .
