I don't think you should use plywood with polyester resin. Use plywood+epoxy or foam/pvc/divinycell+polyester.

... from your thread. I am in a similar situation (however I know much less) in that I want to build a 15-16' skiff. Like you I want to build a mold to reproduce my design.

I have a post on here somewhere, so I won't restate the situation.
