I am very confused -- you are going to start construction in only 9 days on a 46 foot boat and you're still looking for a construction manual??? Unless that is supposed to read a 4.6 footer, you need an experienced designer and/or builder if you are not already experienced in such. Please clarify what plans you have.

Lofting is independent of the construction materials. It is the process of taking the lines from the blueprints or a table of offsets and laying them full size. Is that what you are looking for?
