Looking For Hull Blueprints 1987 17BR Sea Rat

I have never use a Forum like this so I hope I am doing this right. Here goes...

I recently started tearing up the floorboards in my boar and found a lot of Rot. It looks like I will have to replace the whole floor. In order to avoid trying to take a bunch of measurements I was wondering if anyone knew how to get Boat Blueprints of Hull diagrams.

Also, would anyone have a suggestion on what wood I should use?
