I have never built a boat, but want to build a fiberglass or carbon fiber one man outrigger canoe. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good informative book or instruction manual that gives the basics on the whole process through mould making, vacuum bagging, etc.? Thanks for any suggestions.

    OC,

Gougeon Brothers, (makers of WEST system) has a series of books on different aspects of composite construction that are quite informative, other than that, just buy a pail of goop and some assorted fibers and start laminating.

    Yoke.
