Kevlar---34' stripper

Still battling with the rebuild.......
I had planned to put an extra layer of glass (kevlar), chainplate to chainplate, inside my strip planked hull. I figgered it helps as a keel bolt "washer" as well, to distribute load.(In addition to 810gm triaxial throughout)
Should it be applied (the kevlar) direct to the timber or e-glass first, then kevlar and a light e-glass over?
I heard there are potential secondary bond and adhesion peel risks with kevlar. I have glassed kevlar with poly but not with epoxy some yrs ago.
Pity we don't have vacuum gear!
Thanks for any advice.
