IMP stringer repair

I have a 87 23 foot IMP that has too much flex in the hull. Has anyone seen this before and what did you do to fix this?

fsge, Too much flex? Any signs of cracking? I am assuming you see the flex as it sits on the trailer or in the cradle. Could be an improper fit of either? Too many questions to go along with too much flex. FRPWoody
