| Most resin systems say full hardness in 7 days. The majority of your off gassing/shrinking should happen during that time. With a project that big I wouldnt want to take any chances demolding early. Although I've demolded after one day and had zero problems (on small parts). I have ruined a 9' layup due to my boss wanting to demold after 24 hours. Was way to flimsy. |
