Help without boring

Dear Friends,
I have just started building boats. My first target is to make a 15 meter fiberglass boat. I want to work wood on fiber. Which things should I keep an eye on while doing the mould? Which techinc should I use? How much area should I use for building boat? From begining to end what is your recomendations?
