| Good GRP hull book ? Hi, I am interested in understanding the processes involved in making GRP yacht hulls and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the direction of either a good book or a good web resource ? Thanks |

| Get a copy of Steve Sleight's book, "Modern Boatbuilding Materials and Methods." It was originally published in the UK. In the US, Robert Scott's book "Fiberglass Boat Design and Construction" is good for some basic engineering, a little outdated with respect to materials, but still good. Also, Dave Gerr's books "Elements of Boat Strength", "The Nature of Boats", and "The Propeller Handbook" are all good for general boat design and construction. Finally, you can download a copy of Eric Greene's "Design Guide for Marine Applications of Composites", which is more modern. Go to his articles page, it is down at the bottom on the right. It's a free download: http://www.ericgreeneassociates.com/articles.html. Eric
