Gell Coat

For Some Reason My Gel Coat Is Not Drying???????? We replaced the flor of the boat and we decided to gell coat the flor. It has already been a week and the floor is still tacky. The gel coat on the pan dried but not the one on the floor. Can anybody help me

It sounds like you forgot to add the surfacing wax to your last coat of gelcoat.
