fiberglass hard top

Need help!. I want to build a lid for a 21' cuddy cabin parker.
For aluminum supports 1 1/4"OD or 1 1/2"OD? sch 40. What type of aluminum?
t6 6160 t6 6430? iam a little lost here.How about the lid approx.5'x6'.
Should i use a 1/4'ply base or some type of foam. what type of glass what type of resin and so much more.I can use all the help i can get iam retried so i have the time. But money is a consideration.

Click on "Go Advanced" below, then "Manage Attachments" and browse for pictures you want to upload..
