    Does anyone know where I can obtain decent videos demonstrating the basics of fiberglass construction, incl. making of plug and mold one-off methods, foam core and C-flex etc............?

    Not a boat building video. But the video that Mike Arnold has on "making fiberglass molds" might be a good place for you to start.
