Cored hulls and stringers???

If building a lightweight balsa cored hull, should the stringers be placed over the core on the inner skin or on the outer skin with the core laid in around them?
With ease or complication of construction not an issue what would the most effective procedure be?
Discuss the pro's and con's of both procedures...

ie. If stringers are attatched to hull outer skin are there issues with bond burn/ telegraphing, or locally stressing the thin outer skin.
Similarly, if the stringers are bonded on top of the core is the core bond likely to seperate.

Alan,
in order not to compromise the sandwich laminate with discontinous fibers, you generally add stringers on top of the inner skin.

Joining stiff to not-so-stiff things can lead to trouble if not done correctly, consult a composites engineer when you are uncertain, it's well spent money.
