Caribbean Wildcat

hi im new to rebuilding fibreglass boats.

i need some help with ideas on how replace the floor, stringers and transom on this 1960's home built caribbean wildcat.

The condition of the hull of the vessel is extremely good, i have pulled out the floor and stringers already but i haven't touched the transom yet to see the full extent of is condition .

also i accidentally cut through the hull with a cutting disk . The slot is about 120mm x 2 or 3mm.

any ideas on how to repair the cut? or materials to use for the floor, stringers and transom? and any good DIY pages?

I am the clueless one here, but those who know the stuff will ask you for pictures to see what is involved. You can help the process by posting them.

I don't know whether this technique is the right one for a slot made by cutting disk.
