Can anyone tell me what boat this is

Hi guys
I’m new to this form so I hope I’ve done this right
The reason Iv found this site is I was looking for some experts to help me out with this boat iv been given, it’s a 14 foot Broom speed boat from the 60tees (I been tolled) But iv looked and I cant find out if this is right so is there any one ho can recognise this boat and tell me what it is. The hull is ok and most of the wood in her is ok, but someone has put what looks like house holed gloss on her and its blistered so should I take her back to the gel coat which is got a load of cracks in it or right back to the fibber glass and re gel it.
