building a bay/flats boat

Hi guys I am new to the forum and wondering some info. I have a one off custom built bay/flats boat that I am thinking about building a mold and maybe reproducing in the future. it is 22 feet long and a little over 7 feet wide, it is awesome looking boat with great lines, what are the steps and cost that go into to building a mold and a hull? also the top capa as well is it better to bring it to some one to do all the dirty work of building up a mold and laying a hull? let me know your thoughts and ideas thanks
