Bronze scupper/drain/bailer

I am trying to find a bronze thru hull that allows water to pass thru when a boat is out of the water, but plugs up when the boat is in the water. The thru hull has a rubber ball, the size of a tennis ball, contained inside it. When the boat is in the water, the ball floats up against the thru hull and prevents water from going up. Any help in where I can locate this will be greatly appreciated. Worse comes to worse, I will be busy on the lathe!
