Broken Screw

Hi all, new member.
I am building a David Payne 5.5m Trailer Sailer. I am up to strip planking on 9 mould frames, I am using a 4mm self tapper 25mm long, when I was taking out one of the screws the head snapped off. My question is will this cause problems with rust if the hull is glassed inside and out, if I dont take it out?
Paul
