| Boat building - how to get started. What books do you recommend. I have been playing around with an idea to build a small powerboat for a long time. My biggest concern is how to get started with the hull of the boat(mold, fiberglass work.. etc). The technical work later is not an issue and the smallest of my concerns. What books, maybe even video tutorials do you recommend - want to educate myself first as much as possible. thanks.

| Gougen Bros on Boat Construction is good technical book. These are the guys behind West System Epoxy. Research stitch and glue construction, as well as cold molding. Search for simple boat plans and kits. There's alot of info out there. You could spend all your time reading. |
