Boat building

I need to add a non structural volume addition to a IRC sailing yacht. It will be up to 80mm thick and faired in from stem to half way back. I need to find product in order to keep weight down. Ideally spray foam built up with several passes and then glassed over, faired and painted. Anyone have clever ideas to acheive thickness over curved surfaces while keeping weight down?
