try using one of those loofer sponges (like Ironhead in the old Jergens commercial) the static in the fiberglass will attract itself to the material of the sponge. rub over your skin gently and make sure to wash sponge after the fact.

Yes, my Wifes loofa is off limits. Fiberglass and Fishing clothes all go in a pile that gets washed separately from anything and everything. This is a good topic.

Go fishing and grind FRP NAKED! saves weight, AND keeps your clothes clean.
(the FRP itch will only add to the whole experience)

I am a fan of cold showers and washing with, get this, an old nylon. Don't ask me. It's something the lagger's in the navy came up with, and it works pretty good on the angel hair fiberglass. Not a clue if the soap kind makes a difference.
