Arrowhawk

I have recently purchased a fletcher Arrowhawk that needs a little work done.
Being new to the small boat world I have many questions about where and how to get parts and services. Firstly I hope i'm in the right section and if not maybe someone would redirect me.

My first question is where can i get plans for the Arrowhawk, the windscreen has broken beyond repair and I need to get this sorted first. If no plans are available where should i try?
