| Obviously he is another one of the "fishbone" fan club ........... or in this case if he does not open all at once it would be a double sequential fishbone ......... |

| You cannot see how he did the sides, timewise. Probably sequential. In the centre there is a vacuumline in a pleat, probably only connected with peelply, or wrapped in Airtech "Dahltexx" material. (allows air to pass, but no resin)

| Sequence First we openned the two lines from the keels to the sides. Second when the resin reaches the tunnel lines I opened it. There is a vaccum line on the top tunnel. We call it, a "Tail", made from fiberglass fabric 300mm height with the vac at the edge, with full length of the top tunnel. Att Edmundo |

| Hi Edmundo, why did you use this approach to get a vaccuum line at the top of the tunnel instaed of the easier and more normal way of using just a spiral cut hose wrapped in peel ply ?? By the way, congratulations for the achievement which undoubtly is to master infusion up to the level shown in your pics ......... Hopefully I will join the club one day thank you for sharing with us .. |

| Tail use The first rule in any infusion is to avoid the resin going to the vac line. We have core at the top tunnel. If you put the spiral on the core, the grooves will allow the resin going straight into the vac lines. Then I usually make a tail like this, to "brake" the resin . [IMG] [/IMG]Att ED Quote:
