amateur high aspect bulb keels

Was wondering if anyone know methods or opinions on the best way for an amateur to build a high aspect fin keel with a bulb. Assume bulb is being professionally cast, only interested in fin construction methods.
Thanks.

Nitz, you can either weld a blade up from shaped steel plate, or just laminate a carbon one, depends on your skills. Steel fins tend to be a bit on the heavy side though.

Yoke.
