Airboat stringers

Howdy,
New here and need some advice.
Just retired and bought my 1st airboat, looked good when I picked it up, but by the time I pulled it 200 miles home the polymer broke at the nose(no problem,I'll just remove and reglass).
However 2 of the 4 stringers are cracked.
Is it necessary to R&R them or can they be repaired?
