I am rebuilding a '73 XK 22 Chris Craft. The transom had plywood laminated 2/3rds across the width. Of course with my luck it was full of funky things. I have begun the demo part. All of the plywood has been removed and ground to the original glass. I am now looking for input on how to rebuild it all back. The transom has a slight radius to the outside.

Thanks for the input.
Kyle
