deck wash pump

1 can i take real cheapo a wash machine pump?
2 hook it into the toilet flush line?
3 advice?

edit:
1 no, thats a open centifugal while impellor or diafragm is needed
2 below water line at the seacock it might work
3 like the blisters or spend 100.- still... what simple pump can i hang on the railing... better yet use the marina's pressure wash
