control panel for lights and 12v plug in quit working

We are beginning boaters and not familiar with boat electrical systems. We have a small pontoon boat and the light switches, 12volt plug and depth finder quit working. The radio and guages work fine. The reset buttons do nothing. We checked all the fuses we could find. Could anyone tell me what other problems there could be or what we should be looking for?
