Westlawn: NMMA Transfers Yacht Design School to ABYC

I am thinking about starting studying yacht design within the next two years.

Does anybody knows what transfering Yacht Design School to ABYC (http://www.westlawn.com/news/abyc_acquires.shtml) means for the school concept and the materials?
